PDF Forms in your browser

Fill in applications, tax forms, onboarding packets, or questionnaires without typing your personal details into a cloud form service. Enter your answers, see them on the real pages, and save a copy that’s either still editable or locked in place.

  • Finds text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdowns automatically.
  • See your answers on the actual pages before you save.
  • Keep fields editable or flatten them so they can’t be changed.
  • Personal and tax details never leave your browser.

How to use PDF Forms

  1. Choose a PDF with fillable form fields.
  2. Fill in the fields, then refresh the preview to check how it looks.
  3. Tick Flatten form fields if you want, then click Save filled PDF.

Technical notes & limits

  • Supports standard AcroForm fields with Latin characters. XFA forms, form calculations, and flat PDFs aren’t supported.
  • Always check the preview and the saved PDF before you submit anything official.

Editable or flattened?

Leave “Flatten form fields” unticked if you or someone else might need to change the answers later. Tick it to lock your answers into the page. That stops accidental edits and makes the form print the same in every viewer.

When a form has no fillable fields

This works with standard fillable PDF forms (AcroForms). Some older government forms use Adobe’s XFA format, and some are just flat scans with nothing to click. For those, use Edit PDF or Sign PDF to type straight onto the page.

Frequently asked questions

What does "Flatten form fields" mean?

It turns your typed answers and checkmarks into part of the page, so people can view and print them but can’t easily change them.

What if my PDF form says it has no interactive fields?

Plenty of forms are flat PDFs with nothing to fill in. Open the file in Edit PDF and type your answers onto the lines instead.

Are the personal details I type into a PDF form sent anywhere?

No. Reading the form, filling it, and saving it all happen in your browser.
