Technical notes & limits
- Up to 20 PDFs (100 MiB combined) for compression, repair, and page extraction.
- Scan compression turns pages into images. Check `batch-report.json` in the ZIP for each file’s status.
A report for every file
Each file goes through the same local engines as the single-file tools, and the result is logged: whether it worked and its size before and after. The `batch-report.json` file in your ZIP lists all of it, so you can quickly spot anything that failed.
What batch mode can do
Batch mode handles actions that use the same settings for every file: Lossless compression, Balanced or Smaller scan compression (up to 200 pages per file), Repair, and page-range extraction. Hands-on tools like Edit, Sign, and OCR work one file at a time.

Up to 20 files, as long as they add up to 100 MiB or less.
What is inside the downloaded batch ZIP file?
Every file that processed successfully (with tidy, non-clashing names) plus `batch-report.json`, which lists each file’s status and its size before and after.
