- Set options like image format, quality, or page range.

Technical notes & limits
- Image and PDF/A exports turn pages into pictures, so text isn’t selectable. Text and Markdown exports need selectable text, so run OCR on scans first.
- Up to 100 MiB per job, with a 120-second processing limit.
Which conversion do you need?
Use “PDF pages to images” for a picture of each full page. Use “Extract embedded images” to get just the photos inside. Use “PDF to text” or “PDF to Markdown” when you want words you can edit or paste into notes. Use “PDF/A-2b archival copy” when you need a self-contained file for long-term storage.
Looking for Word, PowerPoint, or Excel?
For Office files, use Office to PDF (which converts DOCX, PPTX, and XLSX with a full office engine in your desktop browser) or PDF to Office (which exports DOCX text, PPTX slides, or XLSX spreadsheets).
