Rotate PDF in your browser

Upside-down scans, sideways tables, a packet where every other page faces the wrong way: fix them in seconds. See every page as a thumbnail, turn just the ones that need it, and save a new copy that opens the right way for everyone.

  • Turn single pages 90° at a time and leave the rest alone.
  • Thumbnails show you each page is upright before you save.
  • Reorder or remove pages in the same view.
  • Your scans stay on your device.

How to use Rotate PDF

  1. Open your PDF to see the page thumbnails.
  2. Click Rotate on any sideways or upside-down page until it’s upright.
  3. Click Save organized PDF to download the fixed file.

Technical notes & limits

  • Rotates in 90° steps only. It won’t straighten slightly tilted scans.
  • Bookmarks, forms, and digital signatures may not survive. The 100 MiB and 120-second limits apply.

Rotation that actually sticks

Rotating in a regular PDF reader often only changes your view, not the file. Then the next person opens it sideways again. This tool saves the 90°, 180°, or 270° turn into the PDF itself, so it opens the right way for everyone.

Rotating vs. straightening

Rotation turns whole pages in exact quarter turns. If a page went through the scanner a few degrees crooked, rotating won’t straighten the image on it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate just one single page inside a multi-page PDF?

Yes. Every page has its own Rotate button, so you can fix one sideways chart without touching the rest.

Will the rotation stay saved when I email the PDF to someone else?

Yes. The rotation is saved in the file, so it opens upright in any PDF viewer.

Does rotating a PDF reduce text or image quality?

No. Rotating only changes the page’s direction. Text and images aren’t re-processed.
