  • No missing fonts or broken charts on presentation day.
  • Board reports and pitch decks stay on your device.

How to use PDF to PowerPoint

  1. Choose the PDF you want to turn into slides.
  2. Make sure PowerPoint (.pptx) is selected and click Export Office file.
  3. Download the deck and open it in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

Technical notes & limits

  • Each slide holds an image of the page, not editable text boxes or shapes.
  • Long or large-format PDFs make bigger PPTX files. The 100 MiB and 120-second limits apply.

Why each page becomes an image

Trying to rebuild a PDF as editable PowerPoint shapes usually breaks fonts, charts, and alignment. So we render each page as a sharp image and fit it to a slide. Your slides look the same on every screen.

Adding notes and callouts

Once the deck is open in your presentation app, you can add speaker notes, new title slides, or arrows and highlights on top of the pages. The text inside each page image can’t be edited as slide text.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit individual words on the slides after converting PDF to PowerPoint?

No. Each page is placed on its slide as an image to keep the exact layout and fonts, so the text can’t be edited as slide text.

Does every page in my PDF become a separate slide?

Yes. Page 1 becomes slide 1, page 2 becomes slide 2, and so on.

Are my presentation files uploaded to any cloud server?

No. The pages are rendered and the PPTX is built in your browser.
